While we were at the French Market in Paris, searching for delightful surprises to bring back to our dear kindred circle, we came upon a darling French girl selling these tins filled with cookies made from her ancestors in the tiny village of Sable,  France.  They were light, airy and completely natural not to mention packaged in exquisite keepsake tins.  These will make wonderful gifts but make sure you keep one for your own afternoon tea.  You will be obsessed after the first bite~
