Enjoy Free Shipping with your purchase of $99 or greater. Delivery costs are based on weight and size of merchandise and will most often range from $6.95 to $10.95. Because we are a trading company, our goods hail from diverse places. Rest assured, you will only pay one delivery fee that is indicated at checkout. The more items you select, the less the shipping cost per item will be. Please refer to our Shipping Fees. (Express delivery may be available on certain items if indicated. There may be a delivery surcharge on select heavy or bulky items, and items shipped to locations outside the contiguous United States. Any extra charges will be clearly listed in the product description.)

Because our collections are created by makers in many cities, arrangements have been made to send most of our offerings directly to you from the conscientious artisans who craft our goods. This expedites delivery time, reduces shipping/freight/fuel costs, minimizes packing materials and diminishes chances of breakage with only one trip needed. Mother Nature approves of our delivery plan though you may receive items on separate days. Most orders will arrive to you within 4-8 business days. If an item is delayed, you will be notified via email.

It is our fervent wish that you will be enthralled with your purchase. But should there be incurred damages, fit troubles, or any other matters, simply email us at customercare@hopelessromantictradingco.com. We will respond to your situation promptly and accommodate your needs with ease. For general merchandise returned within 30 days of the purchase date, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment for the amount paid. If returned after 30 days, a merchandise credit will be issued to you for the original paid cost.

Clothing, jewelry, shoes and accessories may be returned for full credit if returned unscathed with all tags attached, in brand-new condition and when you notify us within a week of in-home delivery. Please contact us via customercare@hopelessromantictradingco.com to arrange for a call tag to be issued to you. Should this not be viable, you may receive credit towards a future order. 

To ensure your security, Hopeless Romantic invoices do not reflect costs therefore all enclosed invoices are discretionary gift receipts.
