When our blanket arrived from the sheep farm yesterday, it proved even better than we dreamed. I draped it on a chair to photograph and my cat, Claude, was obsessed with it. I then decided to investigate the history of this hotel. Assuming it was a European luxury accommodation, imagime my surprise to discover the hotel was built in my hometown in 1888! Frequented by wealthy cattle men, its distinction  was the first hotel with clawfoot bath tubs in every room.
